Project J519 works in partnership with Leyte-Samar Center For Change Foundation Inc. in Burauen, Leyte, Philippines. It is a holistic care development project whose primary aim is improving the lives and future opportunities of street children and other “at risk” children referred by government channels. This model creates a stable alternative family environment with enrolment in the project’s private school, which especially caters to children who have not been privileged to attend school or who have dropped out of the large public school system.

Through the help of our volunteer health professionals, we hold regular community medical clinic in Redemptio Christian School and Correctional Institution for Women. We will also conduct clinics in other areas such as Leyte, Mindoro and Rizal.
This schoolyear, 180 kids enrolled at Redemptio Christian School. For sure, they are excited to don their new uniform, shoes, bag and other educational supplies, including their own textbooks. But more than the academics, we are committed to have each one of them experience more.
There are so many needs around, especially in a country regularly visited by typhoons and located along the Pacific Ring of Fire. Not to mention catastrophes caused by people’s carelessness and selfishness. Your gift will go a long way in our efforts to respond urgently and relevantly.
